Xiao Yao Wan by Treasure of the East also known as Free & Easy Wanderer, is used to soothe the liver, relieve stress, and support emotional and hormonal balance.

It is formulated to soothe the liver, resolve constraint, regulate mood, nourish blood and fortify the spleen, spread liver qi, and harmonize the liver and spleen.

TCM Pattern: Imbalance due to liver constraint, blood deficiency and spleen weakness, liver and spleen disharmony, liver Qi stagnation with blood deficiency, Qi and blood stagnation

Chai Hu (Bupleurum Root), Dang Gui (Chinese Angelica Root), Bai Shao  (White Peony Root ), Fu Ling (Poria), Bai Zhu (Chao) (White Atractylodes Rhizome (Processed)*), Bo He (Mint Herb), Gan Cao (Mi) (Licorice Root (Processed))

Suggested Use:
Take 4 capsules 2-3 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Mix 4.5 grams in hot water and drink as tea, 2-3 times daily.
