Gan Mai Da Zao Tan by Treasure of the East also known as Licorice & Jujube, is used to support emotional instability and deficiency-related nervous exhaustion.

It is designed to nourish the heart, calm the shen, harmonize the Middle Jiao, relax tension, and tonify spleen qi.

Ingredients:

Suggested Use:
Take 4 capsules 2-3 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Mix 4.5 grams in hot water and drink as tea, 2-3 times daily.
