Bao He Wan by Treasure of the East also known as Preserve Harmony, is designed to disperse food and harmonize the stomach. 

It is used to clear food stagnation and harmonize the stomach. It is commonly used to relieve acute digestive discomfort caused by overeating or rich foods.

Ingredients:
Shan Zha (Jiao) (Hawthorn (Processed)), Liu Shen Qu (Jiao) (Medicated Leaven (Processed))*, Ban Xia (Jiang) (Pinellia Rhizome (Ginger-Processed)), Fu Ling (Poria), Chen Pi (Chao) (Tangerine Peel (Processed)), Lian Qiao (Forsythia Fruit), Lai Fu Zi (Chao) (Radish Seed (Processed))

 *Allergen: Processed with Wheat

Suggested Use:
Take 4 capsules 2-3 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Mix 4.5 grams in hot water and drink as tea, 2-3 times daily.
