Gui Pi Pian by Tanglong Herbs is used to support digestion, resolve food stagnation, eructate foul odor and acid regurgitation.
It is also used for Spleen and Stomach disharmony, stomachache due to hidden Damp Stagnation, and diarrhea due to hypofunction of the Spleen. It is used for such symptoms as: fullness and distension in the gastric region, belching, acid regurgitation, loss of appetite, constipation, diarrhea, nausea, focal distension, oppression and depression over the chest.
Dosage: 8 pills, 3 times a day
Potency: 3:1 / 172 mg
Contraindications: This formula is not recommended for people with gastric and abdominal distention due to Spleen Qi deficiency syndrome such as weak absorption and organ function.
Chinese Symptomology: Stuffiness and fullness in the epigastrium, distention in the abdomen with pain at times, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, intermittent fever or dysentery due to retention of food.
