Hoelen Five Herb Formula by Sun Ten, also known as Wu Ling San, is used for patterns of dampness – lower burner, Yang deficiency and Qi stagnation.

Ingredients: Hoelen fungus (fu ling), Alisma root (ze xie), Polyporus (zhu ling),Cinnamon twig (gui zhi),Atractylodes root (bai zhu).

Suggested Use:
Dissolve 1 to 2 grams in a cup of hot water to make a tea 2 to 3 times daily.
