Sun Ten – Hoelen & Atractylodes (Ling Gui Zhu Gan Tang)

Hoelen & Atractylodes Combination by Sun Ten, also known as Ling Gui Zhu Gan Tang, is used for the Chinese medicine patterns of Spleen Yang deficiency.

Western Symptomology:

• Cough-Phlegm
• Dizziness
• Fever-Slight
• Heartbeat-Racing
• Joints-Pain
• Regurgitation
• Sputum-Excessive
• Stool-Loose
• Thirst-Absence

TCM Functions:
• Spleen Yang-Deficient

Ingredients: Hoelen fungus (fu ling), Cinnamon twig (gui zhi), Atractylodes root (bai zhu),Chinese licorice root (zhi gan cao).

Suggested Use:
Dissolve 1 to 2 grams in a cup of hot water to make a tea 2 to 3 times daily.
