Fritillaria & Platycodon Formula by Sun Ten, also known as Ning Sou Wan, resolves phlegm heat. It is used for common cold and cough support.

Ingredients: Radix Platycodonis (jie geng), Herba Dendrobil fimbriati (shi hu), Rhizoma Pinelliae praeparatum (zhi ban xia), Bulbus Fritillariae cirrhosae (chuan bei mu), Fructus Perillae (zi su zi), Poria (fu ling), Herba Menthae (bo he), Semen Armeniacae amarum (xing ren), Cortex mori (sang bai pi), Exocarpium citri rubrum (ju hong), Fructus Oryzae germinatus (gu ya), Radix Glyeyrrhizae (gan cao ).

Suggested Use:
Dissolve 1 to 2 grams in a cup of hot water to make a tea 2 to 3 times daily.
