Ingredients: Mulberry leaf (Sang ye), Gypsum (shi gao), Ophiopogon root (mai men dong), Chinese licorice root (gan cao), Loquat (pi pa ye), White Apricot seed (xing ren), Sesame (hu ma ren), Gelatin (e jiao), Oriental ginseng root (ren shen).

Suggested Use:
Dissolve 1 to 2 grams in a cup of hot water to make a tea 2 to 3 times daily.
