Ingredients: Notopterygium root (qiang huo), Tumeric root (jiang huang), Tang-kuei root (dang gui), White peony root (bai shao), Astragalus root (huang qi), Fang feng root (fang feng), Chinese licorice root (gan cao), Ginger root, Jujube fruit (da zao).

Suggested Use:
Dissolve 1 to 2 grams in a cup of hot water to make a tea 2 to 3 times daily.
