Seven Forests - Shen-Chu 16

Shen-Chu 16 by Seven Forests, also known as Xiao Dao Pian, disperses stagnant food and resolves moisture and phlegm. It is used for food stagnation, a result of weak stomach function and/or overeating.

This formula can be taken after a meal that seems difficult to digest, or it can be taken regularly for a course of therapy to overcome the tendency to have problems with food digestion.

Chinese Symptomology: Tiredness after eating

Western Symptomology: Indigestion, Phlegm Congestion, Abdominal Bloating, Nausea

Shen-Chu 16 Ingredients: Massa Fermenta-Dry Fried, Crataegus, Poria, Agastache, Barley Sprout, Magnolia Bark, Vladimiria (Cultivated), Citrus Peel, Codonopsis, Atractylodes (Alba), Amomum, Ginger-Dried, Raphanus, Licorice, Platycodon.

Suggested Use: Take 2 to 3 tablets, 3 times a day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
