Ganoderma 18 by Seven Forests, also known as Sheng Mai Pian, tonifies Qi and yang and nourishes blood and yin. It is recommended for those with weakness due to postpartum, post injury, and post-illness.

Ganoderma 18 can be taken to recover from stressful events, for weak immune functions leading to frequent infections and for treating mild fatigue.
