Reishi MRL Ingredients 2g (one spoon):
Ganoderma lucidum biomass 2000 mg

Suggested Use:
Take 2g (one spoon) to 4g (two spoons) per day before meals. The powder should be mixed with warm food, yogurt or apple sauce. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake/dose.
