Jin Gu Die Shang Wan by Great Nature is used for injuries, reduce pain/swelling/bruising, helps speed up healing of sprains/strains, and benefits tendons/bones. 

This formula helps break up that stagnation, move blood, and strengthen the body's connective tissues and mild warming energy (Yang) to accelerate healing. It works to strengthen the body and improve recovery from trauma by addressing stagnant blood and supporting connective tissues.
