Ge Xia Zhu Yu Tang by Great Nature is used to invigorate blood, break up blood stasis below the diaphragm, stop pain, and promote Qi movement.
This formula supports liver fibrosis/cirrhosis, chronic hepatitis, pelvic inflammation, and gynecological issues (dysmenorrhea, infertility).
Pattern: Qi stagnation and blood stasis primarily below the diaphragm.
Tongue: Possible static spots or macules on the tongue; Possible dark, purplish tongue
Pulse: A bowstring pulse; Possible choppy, deep, slow, bowstring, bound, regularly intermittent, skipping, or absent pulse
