Gan Mai Da Zao Tang by Great Nature is used for emotional imbalance, anxiety, sadness, and restlessness, mood swings, poor sleep, uncontrollable crying and fatigue due to menopause or stress. 

This formula helps nourish the heart, calm the spirit, harmonizes digestion and the body.

Pattern: Malnourishment of the heart spirit (due to an underlying liver-spleen disharmony)
