Chai Hu Shu Gan San by Great Nature is used for liver Qi stagnation, relieving stress, depression, anxiety and indigestion.

This formula soothes the liver, regulate Qi, and alleviates pain and emotional distress. It helps with symptoms like irritability, fullness, and irregular menstruation, acting to disperse stagnation and harmonize the blood. 

Actions: Courses and harmonizes the liver, resolves depression and rectifies the qi.

Pattern: Liver depression qi stagnation with or without blood vacuity.

Chinese Symptomology: Chest, stomach duct, breast, and/or rib-side distention and pain, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), and/or dysmenorrhea.
