Da Bu Yin Wan by Blue Poppy’s Great Nature Classics is a formula that comes from Zhu Dan-xis Ming dynasty Dan Xi Xin Fa (Dan-xis Heart Methods). Within this formula, Shu Di Huang supplements and enriches the liver and kidneys, while Gui Ban nourishes yin and heavily settles and subdues upwardly floating ministerial fire.
