Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) 1.33 mL

Other Ingredients: Organic alcohol USP (50-60%), water.

Suggested Use:
Take 30-40 drops of extract in a small amount of water twice within 1 hour before bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take 1-2 times within 1 hour before bed.
