Chai Hu Long Gu Mu Li Tang Plus by Five Flavor Herbs, also known as Bupleurum Dragon Bone Oyster Shell Combination, is a traditional Chinese herbal formula modified with Western herbs (California Poppy, Milky Oats, Pasque Flower, Skullcap) to calm the nervous system, alleviate anxiety, reduce stress-related blood pressure, and improve insomnia.

It is used for "wired but exhausted" states, emotional agitation, and trauma recovery.
