Formulated with organic coconut oil and vitamin E, Transitions provides optimal moisture to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Directions: Apply 1/2 teaspoon to freshly washed skin of face and neck in the evening or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Contains about a 1 month’s supply.
