Sun Ten – Rehmannia & Gypsum (Yu Nu Jian) – 100 grams

Rehmannia & Gypsum Combination by Sun Ten, also known as Yu Nu Jian, is for patterns of Yin deficiency, Stomach heat and Blood heat.

Western Symptomology:
• Gums-Bleeding
• Headache
• Hives
• Skin-Dry
• Thirst
• Toothache

TCM Functions:
• Yin-Deficient
• Stomach-Heat
• Blood-Heat

Ingredients: Gypsum Fibrosum (sheng shi gao), Radix Rehmanniae praeparata (shu di huang), Radix Ophiopogonis (mai men dong), Rhizoma Anemarrhenae (zhi mu), Radix Achyranthis bidentatae (huai niu xi).

Suggested Use:
Dissolve 1 to 2 grams in a cup of hot water to make a tea 2 to 3 times daily.
