Cinnamon & Hoelen Formula by Sun Ten, also known as Gui Zhi Fu Ling, is used for stagnant and deficient blood.

Gui Zhi: a twig that improves blood circulation and supports proper flow of blood and fluids
Fu Ling: a sweet herb that reduces edema, regulates the abdomen, and relieves fullness
Chi Shao: a bitter root that supports normal menstruation and relieves abdominal pain
Mu Dan Pi: a type of bark that clears excess heat and regulates the blood
Tao Ren: an herb that strongly promotes blood circulation and relieves pain

Ingredients: Cinnamon twig (gui zhi), Moutan bark (mu dan pi),Radix Paeoniae rubra (chi shao), Peach kernel (tao ren), Hoelen fungus (fu ling).

Suggested Use:
Dissolve 1 to 2 grams in a cup of hot water to make a tea 2 to 3 times daily.
