Cinnamon & Angelica Formula by Sun Ten, also known as Shang Zhong Xia Tong Yong Tong Feng, dispels wind and phlegm, clear heat and dampness, and activates Blood.

Ingredients: Cinnamon twig (gui zhi), Coix seed (yi yi ren), Chin-chiu (qin jiao), Notopterygium root (qiang huo), Cnidium root (chuan xiong), Persica kernel (tao ren), Carthamus flower (hong hua), Fragrant Angelica (bai zhi), Scabrous gentiana root(long dan), Phellodendron bark (huang bo), Japanese arisaema root (tian nan xing), Shen-chu (shen qu), Southern tsangshu root (cang zhu).

Suggested Use:
Dissolve 1 to 2 grams in a cup of hot water to make a tea 2 to 3 times daily.
