Serramend by Health Concerns is designed to promote the healthy clotting of blood following traumatic injury or inflammation to any part of the body.

The key ingredient used to formulate Serramend is a natural proteolytic enzyme called serrapeptase. This specific enzyme plays a key role in helping to reduce and regulate the blood clotting process necessary to promote faster healing from injuries.

Serramend can prove beneficial in many conditions including traumatic injury, postoperative inflammation, ear, nose and throat conditions, carpal tunnel syndrome, breast engorgement, and venous disease. It has also been promoted for the treatment of inflammatory pain conditions and cardiovascular disease.

Do not use this product if are pregnant or nursing. Caution should be applied if patients are on anti-coagulant drugs such as Coumadin, or have gastrointestinal ulcers. Some individuals report diarrhea.
