Pulse Usually deep, rapid or hesitant. Ingredients Linum seed, Chinese Rhubarb rhizome, Armeniaca seed, White Peony root, Immature Bitter Orange fruit, Magnolia Bark. This effective formula is similar to Run Chang Wan, but is better suited for constipation marked by stagnation, heat and dryness. The original formula called for dried stir-fried cannabis seeds (Huo Ma Ren). Here, flax seed (Hu Ma Ren) is substituted.
