L-Tryptophan by Lidtke Technologies is a delicious, maple-vanilla chewable. L-Tryptophan is the natural building block of serotonin, the neurotransmitter that plays an important role in your appetite, mood, normal sleep patterns, and nervous-system function.

L-Tryptophan passes through your blood-brain barrier more readily when taken with carbohydrates... increasing the production of serotonin. For this reason, Lidtke has created a chewable to deliver L-Tryptophan and at the same appeal to those who prefer delicious chewables to capsules.

Ingredients in 1 chewable: 100 mg of l-tryptophan.

Other ingredients: NillaSweet (organic natural sweetener), lecithin (from Non-GMO soy).

This product does not contain gluten, yeast, wheat, corn, dairy, eggs, salt, peanuts, fish, shellfish, artificial color, artificial flavor or preservatives. Non-GMO.

Suggested Use: Adults take 2 tablets or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Best if taken at bedtime or between meals.

Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to using this product if you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications (especially MAOIs, Tricyclics, or SSRIs), or have a medical condition. Discontinue use if adverse reaction occurs.
