Melatonin by Bezwecken is commonly used as a sleep-aid.

Melatonin Ingredients 1 tablet: Melatonin 1.25 mg. Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Stearate, Stone Root Powder, Silicon Dioxide and Croscarmellose Sodium.

Melatonin does not contain lactose, soy or gluten. Vegetarian.

Suggested Use: Take 2 – 5 tablets before bedtime or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Do not take this product if you are pregnant or nursing.
