Seven Forests – Fu-Shen 16

Fu-shen 16 by Seven Forests, also known as An Shen Pian, calms spirit, purges fire and settles wind. Fu-Shen 16 is recommended for those with dizziness, insomnia, and mental restlessness.

Fu-shen 16 is inspired by Bupleurum and Dragon Bone Combination (Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Tang) and Achyranthes and Hematite Combination (Zhengan Xifeng Tang; see Ancient and Modern Formulas). These formulas are aimed at treating liver agitation causing both mental and physical distress.

Chinese Symptomology: Mental Agitation; Dizziness

Western Symptomology: Insomnia Spasms/Convulsions; Oral Ulceration; Post-Stroke Syndrome; Vertigo

Fu-Shen 16 Ingredients: Poria (Fu Shen), Oyster Shell, Zizyphus, Peony (Red), Ban Xia Pinellia, Gambir, Scutellaria, Hematite, Haliotis, Polygala, Rehmannia (Fresh), Ginseng, Coptis, Cinnamon Bark, Licorice.

Suggested Use: Take 2 to 3 tablets, 3 times a day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
